Got well decorated room with snacks and WiFi, for instance had a really really nice stay overall. A microwave, a dishwasher, and coffee & tea making machines were a plus.

I truly enjoyed its very helpful and really helpful employees.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect in a great area, near shopping/restaurant plazas which are actually quite close. Also, I liked easy access to Arnot Mall.

I booked a room due to a broken furnace in my home, which was only 4 miles away. The temperature was below zero and roads treacherous. My husband remained at home to assist in keeping pipes from freezing. This was my first time staying alone in a hotel room. I felt very safe and welcomed there! The room and personnel exceeded my expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the heating/cooling unit was quiet. The bathroom had a working exhaust fan that paired beautifully with the hot shower that had superb water pressure. We also had a beautiful view of rolling hills of fall foliage from our window. The hotel staff was super friendly and the little welcome bag and handwritten note was a very nice touch. We would happily stay at Candlewood Suites again.

This was actually mother/daughter situation as daughter was in the Wineglass race. We liked the location as we could get to the places we wanted to go easily. We were in town for the Wineglass Race and that was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We like the suite and the Candlewood Cupboard had everything anyone would need. We saw several members of the housekeeping staff in the hall and they were very friendly and helpful.

We got great value for our money at Candlewood Suites Elmira Horseheads. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the fall foliage outside. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and we loved the little welcome bag and handwritten note.

everything was excellent, perfectly clean hotel, lovely location close to everything. i had new-fashioned and perfect room complete with tv, wifi plus kitchen. a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were an advantage.
